This September 14-18, we will be honouring women with a special retreat for just women!
For 4 nights and 3 days, relax in serene surroundings and experience nature in the raw. This retreat will focus on female wellness and facing any health challenges in today’s day and age.
The program will consist of a variety of healthful, thoughtfully combined foods for women’s needs. If you are embarking on a new health journey and need a kickstart, or if you are just looking for a rewarding getaway with the girls, we’ve got you covered!
Each retreat includes:
- daily hiking excursions
- morning yoga
- optional daily workshops focusing on common questions centred around hormones and female needs.

You will also explore natural health products, most of which may already be in your kitchen at home! Each client will receive a personal health assessment based on their lifestyle assessment.
With this, each woman will have a detailed list of supplements and foods to incorporate—or avoid—along their journey.
